Company Focus/Story:
Once founder Charlotte Barr, started working with women and began to understand more about their lives, Little Ndaba's focus became trying to find opportunities to provide women more choice in their lives, to provide financial independence.
Little Ndaba produces crocheted and knitted stuffed animals in five collections -with each collection focused on a different area of conservation which supports the second focus - using toys as a vehicle to raise awareness about the environment, wildlife, conservation and the people doing the work.
The idea is that the doll is a vehicle for children and the hope is that -through the elephant and the connection to Little Ndaba- they develop a love and appreciation for wildlife.
